About the role: Customer Service & Sales Support. Take inbound customer calls from retail business customers and deliver exceptional customer servi ce – the current person in the role is very successful for going above and beyond! Day to day you will:
- Take inbound phone calls
- Update customers on orders and stock levels
- Greet and office visitors face to face
- Encourage and educate about online ordering system
- Work with online orders and stock return
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Problem solve and troubleshoot customer queries
- Daily banking & mail tasks
- Keep office in order, adhoc administration
What we are looking for:
- Next level customer service
- A great sense of humour
- Experience with stock management from a retail environment
- Solid written communication skills
- Invoice knowledge is a major bonus
- Intermediate technical skills with MS Office
