We are a well established, kiwi owned and operated company with a successful history with FUSO and Mercedes Benz. We have branches in Whangarei, Manukau, and Hamilton. We have over 130 loyal and valuable staff belonging to the KAT family.
We have an exciting role available to assist both the Administration and Parts teams in administration duties, and support the company in servicing the Whangarei transport industry.
With your outstanding administration experience, you will be assisting parts by ensuring outstanding purchase orders are reviewed, following up on invoices from suppliers, entering in rolling stock take count sheets and running required parts reports. Then you will be part of the finance team undertaking document management and accounts payable data entry, fixed assets purchase orders and covering at reception.
We are looking for a confident communicator who can build strong relationships, is innovative with the ability to work within set timeframes. You must be highly organised along with being a whizz on the computer. Previous administration experience is essential, and you will need to be methodical, analytical and accurate with good attention to detail.
