Turf is commonly known as instant lawn, rollout lawn or ready lawn. Our client supplies Turf locally to the Manawatu and also areas such as Whanganui, Wellington, Kapiti Coast, Hawkes Bay and Taupo.
Our client is currently looking for an outstanding Accounts Administrator for their growing business. This role is part time, 9am to 2pm - Monday to Thursday and 9am to 12pm - Friday’s. There is an opportunity for the right person is available to turn this temporary assignment to a permanent position.
The duties for this role include:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Customer service
- Liaising with transport companies for deliveries
- Organising delivery paperwork
- Filing
- Cash sale enquiries
- Updating website information
- General Office duties
- Adhoc duties including washing overalls, weeding around the office and painting
Suitable candidates will have the following:
- Experience with Zero Accounting Package
- Office Management or Sole Charge experience
- Capable of working autonomously
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reliable transport to get to and from work each day
- 2 recent work references
