We are looking for an entry level junior to start immediately assisting our eCommerce manager with online order dispatch and customer service. This is a full-time Monday - Friday role that would be perfectly suited to a recent university graduate or someone wanting to get into the fashion or online business sectors, or both.
Key Responsibilities Include;
- Picking, packing and dispatching all orders
- Managing stock levels for online store
- Online visual merchandising
- Input into seasonal buying for Karen Walker ready-to-wear
- Ensuring store is running like clock-work at all times
- Providing excellent customer service via email and phone
- Aiding customers with making online purchases
- Developing long term relationships with VIP customers
- Using latest sale and dispatch platforms
- Reporting directly to eCommerce manager for suggestions on how to improve the online experience
The Successful Applicant will have;
