We are looking for an entry level junior to start immediately assisting our eCommerce manager with online order dispatch and customer service. This is a full-time Monday - Friday role that would be perfectly suited to a recent university graduate or someone wanting to get into the fashion or online business sectors, or both. 

Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Picking, packing and dispatching all orders
  • Managing stock levels for online store 
  • Online visual merchandising 
  • Input into seasonal buying for Karen Walker ready-to-wear
  • Ensuring store is running like clock-work at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service via email and phone
  • Aiding customers with making online purchases 
  • Developing long term relationships with VIP customers
  • Using latest sale and dispatch platforms
  • Reporting directly to eCommerce manager for suggestions on how to improve the online experience
