Exciting opportunity to join a team of customer service consultants in the travel insurance industry
You will provide an unparalleled level of sales and service to potential insurance customers, provide information, and build on the client's relationship with all new customers.
The business operates in a highly competitive market and as such, the pace of work is swift and there is a highly professional service ethic, with warm, friendly and supportive service.
To be a successful applicant you will have;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in administration, accounts and data entry
- Be honest, able to multi-task, be resourceful, flexible and able to work independently and as part of our team
- A friendly and positive demeanor with a pleasant customer service-orientated phone manner
- Travel industry experience is a bonus but not essential
- Able to work on a rotating shift roster between the hours of 8.30am to 8pm
