Reporting to the Director of International Sales this role is responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the international sales team.

Based around a 20-30 hour work week (negotiable) you can enjoy the benefits of working in inner-city Auckland and the thrill of the hospitality industry.

About the role

This is a varied and dynamic B2B position that requires all candidates to have excellent attention to detail and to be able to work to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities in the role include:

  • the completion of online contracts, distribution of off-line contracts, product updates and special offers
  • organizing and assisting with hotel familiarisation visits
  • creating and updating trade presentations;
  • assisting the sales team’ s representation at trade events worldwide
  • coordinating the Boardroom meeting schedule
  • administer mail, couriers, stationary requirements, petty cash etc.

There is a high administrative component to this role so your ability to prioritise and complete work efficiently and effectively will be strongly tested.

Our successful applicant will possess:

  • excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong organisational and time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • excellent computer skills including previous CRM experience
  • previous hospitality/Hotel experience whilst not essential would be an advantage
  • be currently eligible to work in New Zealand
