Our receptionist is responsible for providing a great first impression to people visiting our office or phoning in through our main line as well via our enquiry email. In additional, a key component of this role will be first level IT support to our staff so skills and a willingness to develop in this area is a must.
This role will be responsible for;
• Welcoming and assisting all external visitors in a professional and effective manner
• Co-ordinating mail and couriers
• IT Administrative support
• Maintenance of the internal vehicle fleet (ensure regos and road user charges are obtained etc.)
• Assistance with event organising
• Providing support to the Executive Assistant and other administration team members
• Ordering and maintaining stationary supplies for the office
• Other general office administration work
The ideal candidate will have –
• Previous receptionist experience
• A high level of attention to detail
• Solid computer skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• A warm, friendly, confident and approachable outlook
• The ability to multi-task and think on your feet
• Excellent relationship building skills
• The ability to Identify opportunities for improvement and embrace change
• Clean and current drivers licence
