Our Clients Publica are a multi-disciplinary locally owned design agency, fuelled by caffeine and the adrenaline of innovative ideas! They are a design-led creative agency, deliver brands that tell a story and speak volumes across multiple platforms. From the development of visual presence, to apps and websites, to effective marketing plans.

As a result of being exceptional at what they do across the board, Publica are definitely in growth mode and require an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team until the end of the year.

The Project Coordinator will assist the smooth running of multiple projects and help keep the team organised, productive and on track. They must also be both client and outcome focussed and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.

To be successful in this role you must be/have:

  • 4+ years’ experience working in a Project Coordinator role
  • Experience tracking and monitoring projects
  • Strong IT skills 
  • An outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and innovative in your thinking
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to pitch in and get the job done
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with digital projects would be desirable

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your day to day responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of project documentation
  • Scheduling and projecting financials
  • Coordinating the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • End to end project administration across a variety of projects
  • Preparing project plans, associated documentation and analysis reports
  • When required, standing in for the General Manager to ensure clients are kept informed and up to date on progress

Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience of working with a variety of projects in an agency setting. That said, we are also open to an experienced Project Coordinator with outstanding skills who is highly motivated and very capable!
