We are a Multi Branded Distributor for footwear and apparel who seeks the services of an Administration/Receptionist for a full time position. To be considered for this role you will need to have some experience in the following duties:-
- General Office Administration Duties
- Reception
- Accounts Payable Experience
- Arranging Travel & Accommodation
- Coordinate Showrooms for Sales Meeting along with catering
- Daily Post Office & Banking
The right person will have the following key attributes and characteristics:-
- Well presented and professional
- A team player but confident and able to work autonomously
- Great organisational skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy essential
- Sound computer and data entry skills
- Organised, motivated and able to use initiative
- Flexible "Can do Attitude"
- Must have a Drivers Licence
