As a 4 week contract initially, this could be your opportunity to join one of the best in the business. The team environment is supportive, busy and lots of fun. Working closely with the sales team, this is an important role that helps bind everything together.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and dealing with client queries
- Tracking loan applications
- Supporting both the head office and sales teams
- Providing quotes and information for customers
- Uploading, processing and filing documents
- Problem solving
- Building relationships with customers
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position and have sound system skills. Previous administration experience in the Education sector would also be useful.
