About the role
As our Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of what's happening in the business as well as being the first point of contact for our clients, suppliers and visitors. Of course, you'll be a well-organized and an efficient multi-tasker, who will be oblivious to the odd bit of noise and distractions!
Due to an internal secondment, this is a 3-month fixed term position, based in Manurewa, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

- Meet and greet visitors with a warm and friendly approach
- Demonstrating superior customer service capability by placing the customer experience as your number one priority (internal and external)
- Pride in personal presentation every day
- Juggling a wide range of client and internal queries
- Managing meeting room bookings, ordering catering and ensuring they are clean and tidy ready for the next meeting
- General administrative duties including mail collection and distribution, stationary ordering, couriers, filing, data entry and some supplier and client liaison
- Other duties that assist in the smooth running of the Argenta administration and office area
