Agility Logistics is a global provider of integrated supply chain solutions with more than 550 offices in 120 countries.

We currently have a position available at our Auckland branch in the position of Office Admin and Support.

This role will cover reception, general office administration and be the conduit between the local operations and the offshore financial support team. You also be expected to cross train to cover operations if and when required.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should have high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.  Must also have the ability to plan and manage a schedule and commitment to on-time performance.

The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of freight forwarding, accounting and some form of customer service experience.

  • Strong finance and accounting skills
  • Professional phone manner and professionally presented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • IT proficient with the ability to grasp internal systems as required
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Must be able to problem solve and think quickly and laterally in order to provide effective solutions to internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Must be able to relate to people at all levels both internally and externally
