My client is NZ's largest independent property valuation brand. They have 12 nationwide Offices. Their experienced and professional team of experienced property professionals can assist in providing valuations and solutions for all property requirements. We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator for their Auckland Office.

This position works closely with the Auckland Office Manager and North Shore Administrators to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company’s systems. This is a full time permanent position Monday to Friday 0800-1700.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving job instructions, recording on instruction database and adding required attachments
  • Monitor and respond to valuation requests within the deadline and allocating
  • Responding to website/cold call requests via email or phone and allocating
  • General administration and office support duties including keeping the office and kitchen tidy Landonline – maintain ongoing registration, retrieve searches
  • Mail & banking tasks (collection or drop off to Post Office/Bank as required) Filing & Scanning
  • Dictaphone typing of valuation reports, letters and schedules for
  • Valuers Creating monthly reports for invoicing and insurance renewal letters and liaising with relevant valuers
  • Checking Computer back-up drive has been swapped each day (as required)
  • Office supplies/stationery ordering
  • Assist valuers with completing and printing valuation reports and generating terms of engagement, invoices and reports
  • Generate monthly reports for month end checks, complete invoicing and job closures and follow up with valuers to completion
  • Telephone and reception duties including courier orders & receipts

You will have/be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word/Excel and your typing speed needs to be above 40 wpm
  • Experience in a similar environment ideally
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities at any given time
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work and live in NZ permanently
  • Ideally someone with an interest in property would be advantageous
  • A good positive attitude where nothing is a problem is essential
