About the Role

The role will be based on our client’s premises. The Office & Building Services Coordinator is to provide support to our client in the area of office services (courier, mail, stationery etc) and to coordinate with the Facilities Management team. We require from this role a firm understanding of corporate protocol, the key personnel and facility stock management within our client’s operations.

Main Duties

  • Mail Processing and delivery
  • Provide support on Building Services
  • Delivering office consumables within the building
  • Liaise with internal and external clients
  • Management, coordination and presentation of reception, all meeting room facilities
  • Managing parking, Supplier accounts, Stationary supplies, Sponsorship passes
  • General Adhoc administrative duties as instructed by the Client Site Manager
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Converga and Client Health & Safety Standards

Key Requirements

  • Full Driver’s license
  • Fit and strong (ability to lift items up to 15kgs)
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and Security Awareness
  • Strong Administration skills, with focus on job ownership
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to cope calmly under pressure, pleasant and pro-active  team player
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
