Fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support a senior manager as well as a wider team within the health sector. This role is located in Greenlane.
The ideal candidate will be a highly functioning specialist to act as this busy manager's right hand person. Some of your key duties will include:
- Proactively manage and prioritise busy calendar and emails
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Assisting with documentation and presentations
- Board report coordination and Minute taking
- Management reporting
- Filing and general administration
- Organising any events and catering as required
- Ad hoc Project work
To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following:
- Advanced MS office
- Proven previous PA experience working within a large organisation
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
- Project experience
- The ability to work autonomously and be self-managing
