New Image International supplies high quality health and beauty products around the world, reaching customers through more than 12 global satellite offices and a rapidly growing group of independent representatives across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and South America.
We are on the lookout for a master multi-tasker to handle customer interactions, and sales and admin support behind the scenes.
Key duties
- Provide contact point for internal/external customers for product range, administration and support as required
- Facilitate the order cycle to include order acknowledgement and placing, payment taken/invoices issued, and assist with order dispatch if required
- Facilitate outbound customer communication and engagement with product specials, event invites etc.
- Broad range of administration and business support related tasks covering reception duties including visitor management and other basic H&S coordination, updating marketing copy, banking reconciliations etc.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality whilst also being perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to build great relationships with our clients, confidently deal with queries and sales, and keep accurate records. A customer-orientated approach is essential and previous experience in an admin role is preferred so you can hit the ground running.
