About the company:
This large business employs approximately 170 staff and has an excellent standing in the community. Located in Albany, close to the Mega Centre and Albany Mall, this location offers public transport and free parking.
About the role:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday and will be the face of our organisation for all visitors and residents. Reception duties will be a large portion of this role, along with accounts and general administration. Health and Safety is an essential part of our organisation and this role will require you to be actively involved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attending to all Reception duties including telephone calls, in a warm, friendly and professional manner, delivering appropriate level of customer service to a range of clients, visitors and the team
Manage resident information accurately and efficiently with a CRM system
Carry out a range of other administration functions to support a team
Respond to telephone queries, email and other requests
Ensure the smooth running of the front desk and waiting room area
Skills and experience:
Customer orientation
Excellent phone manner and listening skills
Good computer skills - MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Able to multi task and prioritise tasks
Clear and concise English comprehension and spoken English
