We have an exciting opportunity to work with a great client of ours for someone looking for a varied role. You will be working in administration supporting both the Finance and Customer Services teams in this lifestyle healthy foods company based in West Auckland. 

 

80% of the role is focused on supporting the Finance team with duties such as processing sales orders, creating inventory journals and liaising with distributors. You will also be supporting Acocunts Payable with the processing of invoices and credits and supporting Accounts Receivable with the processes of claims and credit requests as required. 

 

20% of the role is relief cover for the Customer Services team, assisting in the full Customer Services process. This includes confirming customer orders, checking and reviewing pricing, responding to customer enquiries and the sending of invoices. There may also be Reception duties as and when required.

 

The successful applicant will be:

  • Knowledgable in the workings of Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
  • Experienced in Inventory management and control (an advantage but not a must-have)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX (this would be an advantage, but any ERP system experience would be great)
  • Well versed in Customer Services (responding to customer inquiries or complaints)
  • Easy going and down to earth in nature and have a good sense of humour to join the team.
