Mobility needs you
Duties include but not limited to
- Receive and attend to visitors
- Answer telephone and direct calls as required
- Receive mail and distribute as required
- Property management issues including security, building maintenance, repairs, cleaning and sanitation
- Record all Service calls in SAP and assign to the appropriate Technician under the guidance protocols of the Service & Field Support Team Leader
- Enter and close off all calls in SAP on a daily basis.
- Ensure all manual after hours call reports are logged into SAP on a daily basis.
- Compile Customer reports as requested for breakdowns, service history, repairs etc.
