An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this well-established New Zealand owned company. 

What type of business is it?
100% New Zealand owned technology company, providing a range of products and services to business across the country.

Who will I work with?
Your office is a size of 30 staff and will see you work collaboratively with other Administrators to support with the smooth running of the day to day operations. You will assist the sales team and technical staff with any administrative duties to ensure clients needs are met. Your wider team is Wellington and Christchurch based. 

What experience do I need?
This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to enter the corporate workforce or for someone who has had some exposure to working within an office environment and is ready to kick start their career.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:

  • Have sound customer service skills and a professional manner
  • Be detail focused and accurate
  • Have initiative and be proactive
  • Be technically savvy using the Microsoft suite and other software
  • Well organised and professional

What will I be doing?
This is a busy role where service is key! Your day will be varied and will see you dealing with customers at reception, answering the phones and handling enquiries in relation to the various technology services that this company offers. Along with providing exceptional service you will process and coordinate product orders and undertake invoicing duties.
