The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for existing business customers throughout New Zealand. Queries can range from supplying product information through to following up on orders. During downtime you'll be responding to enquiries via email.
We are looking for:
- Solid experience in a customer service role – you're not the type of person to hop from one role to the next and have worked in roles where it's been more than just transactional (i.e. taking orders and payments). You take pride in your ability to work with all different types of customers, something your referees will attest to
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Willingness to take ownership of customer queries with the confidence to resolve customer queries vs escalating to a manager to deal with
- Eligibility to work in a permanent position in New Zealand
