We are searching for customer service superstars to join our vibrant and diverse team. The role we are offering is part of our Inbound Call Centre team to provide outstanding signature experience for our customers.  In this role you will be working with;

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Be a team focus, supporting member for your colleagues and the wider team for the good of the customer
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt well to constant changes
• Demonstrated experience with problem solving, sound decision making and having a continuous improvement mind-set
• Good time management skills, reliable and committed to the task at hand
• Multilinguistic is a plus along with ability to multitask.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Having a tertiary qualification or desire to work towards one will be of advantage.
