Role:

Within this Contact Centre Representative positon, no day will be the same! The role will require, but will not be limited to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive and maximize travel insurance sales
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manage administration duties
  • Provide support to all customer queries and issues
  • Ensure product and policy wording are regularly reviewed
  • Make accurate and reasonable decisions to customer queries in a timely manner

The Ideal Candidate:

This role requires someone who has a passion for customer service. We are ideally looking for:

  • At least 1-2 years phone-based customer service
  • Passionate about people
  • Problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
