The successful candidate for this position will work for our Chinz Shipping Limited, which is a young company in New Zealand with an enthusiastic young team of professionals providing its clients with dynamic progressive solutions to the international supply chain. We offer ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, domestic transportation service in New Zealand.
We are now seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual who aims to dedicate herself/ himself to Shipping industry to join our high-performance sales team based in Airport Oak, Auckland Office.
This is a newly created role due to continued growth within the business so is perfect if you are seeking not only stability but the opportunity to grow your career.
The Candidates we are looking for will be:
Position 1: Customs Broker
- Have your NZ Customs Pin
- Have 5 years+ previous experience as a broker in Freight Forwarding
- Have strong knowledge of Customs & MPI rules and regulations
- Operational/Customer Service experience
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy and supportive environment
- Fluent Mandarin & English Skills is required
Position 2: Experienced Sea Freight Operator
- 1 year+ Sea Freight operation experience is required
- Fluent Mandarin & English Skills is required
In addition, you will need to be:
• Be highly proactive, collaborative and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both individually as well as part of a team
• Be a strong team player with a 'go the extra mile' attitude
