About the Role

We’re interested in people from diverse backgrounds, who want to make a difference to our customers. Diversity of thinking is key to success, so we encourage applicants from all degree disciplines to apply for our programme. Our 2 year programme will provide you with a good understanding of the Altus business- from a customer, strategic, operational and product perspective. You’ll gain this through hands on experience, exposure to senior leaders and mentors, accelerated learning, a fantastic support team and the chance to work on projects.
About You
To be considered for this role you need to have:
- A degree, a full drivers licence, and good spoken and written English skills
- A strong desire to learn, grow and succeed
- Leadership potential
- The ability to roll up your sleeves and learn about our business from end to end
- A willingness to work in a flexible and agile environment
- The desire to tackle the learning opportunities that will be thrown your way
- Be prepared to work on different sites during your rotations, and consider other centres in New Zealand for a permanent position after completing the programme
