If you’ve enjoyed working in warehousing, inwards goods or logistics and want to develop those skills further, this  role will be an excellent opportunity for you.    We need a naturally curious problem-solver for this role.

Sharing your time between the office and the warehouse, you will:

• Resolve problematic deliveries
• Work with delivery staff, internal staff and customers to uncover issues
• Communicate professionally and positively with key customers in relation to their delivieries and solutions
• Keep accurate records of freight issues and resolutions
• Administer freight forward requests
• Escalate issues to appropriate internal staff

*It is important to note that there may be some heavy lifting required in this role (25-30kg).
