Reporting to the General Manager you will provide leadership and direction to the Auckland Production Facility.  You will ensure their products and components are produced efficiently, at the right cost and level of quality. You will be involved in pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.  The focus is to be on continuous improvement through the development of people and processes with an emphasis on improving efficiency and sustaining Quality.

Attention will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:

• A successful track record in managing a manufacturing plant
• Sound leadership and ability to motivate and develop teams
• Tenacious and resilient with the capability to be hard-nosed when required
• The ability to drive process and system improvements
• Strong commercial acumen an understanding of business drivers including P&L performance
• Solid NZ working experience with health and safety best practices
