About the role
As part of our Product and Operations team you’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing products across our lending and credit card portfolios. You’ll work both strategically and operationally to deliver new and enhance existing products that result in sustainable growth for the Bank.

Key responsibilities
- Product strategy development and implementation;
- Product distribution strategy (including digital platforms);
- Product pricing and financial management;
- New product development and launch;
- Customer acquisition and lifecycle management; and
- Compliance and risk management.
You’ll bring the following experience to the table:
- The role requires a minimum 7 – 10 years recent experience in a product/portfolio management role or similar marketing role within the financial services industry
- Credit Card product/portfolio management experience is essential
- A tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline is desirable
- Home lending experience is highly desirable.
