  • ASAP Start - 6 Month Assignment

We are looking for a Procurement Support Co-ordinator to start in the CBD immediately.
This is a 6 months long assignment with the potential of an extended contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that contracts are administered within specified timeframes
  • Set-up and track the progress of each contract
  • Update all payment and purchasing process through SAP
  • Update the supplier database
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and various business units

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ contract management experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skill
  • SAP/SharePoint (ideal
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Systematic & able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Quick to pick up technical information, numerically minded
  • Resilient
  • Available immediately for 6 months (or longer)
