• Heading up the Commercial & Agri (C&A) Credit team within the Central Region (team of 6 Credit Managers)
• Work closely with Relationship teams across both commercial and agri segments
• Career progressing opportunity

 
About The Role
 
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
 

• Provide leadership and coaching to credit staff in the Regional C&A Credit team
• Manage relationships with leaders within the Central Region of the C&A business unit
• Maintain oversight of the Commercial and Agri portfolios within the Central Region to ensure credit underwriting standards are being maintained
• Monitor transaction volumes and work closely with segment heads within C&A Credit to ensure resourcing levels remain appropriate

About You
 
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
 

• Highly experienced banking professional with proven sound lending assessment skills across commercial and agri segments
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills including the ability to coach and influence
• Capacity to manage current risk issues and look forward to best anticipate, and counter emerging risk issues
