North Tugz Ltd. is the company that provides Tug and Pilotage services in Whangarei Harbour, which includes both Refining NZ and Northport facilities.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an experienced and well-established Marine Team as a Pilot and Work Boat Master.
This opportunity will see the successful applicant work within the company’s Marine Team as a Lines Person, Deck Hand, Work Boat and Pilot Boat Master. There is also avenues for future training as a Tug Boat Engineer or Master.
Current Skipper Restricted Limits or Ring-fenced VoS is required and commercial boat handling or port and harbour experience is preferred. Preference will also be given to applicants with additional engineering qualifications MEC6 or MEC5.
