Our client is a stable, well-respected Freight Forwarder that is a recognised industry leader looking for someone for a 5 month Maternity leave cover.
This could suit someone looking for full time work, or part time hours can be arranged around school children if that would suit.
We are looking for someone that has the outgoing and friendly manner needed in a well functioning customer services team.
In this role you will be the important link between the customer, local and off-shore partners. You will have the ability to manage orders through the entire process.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent written & verbal communication
- The ability to prioritise workloads, knowing when to multitask and when to focus on the job at hand
- Professionalism
- Cargowise experience.
You do need to have come from a freight forwarding background.
