We are looking for an excellent Customer Service person with Import Sea experience to join a great team within a reputable company.
This person needs to have a positive outlook and understand how to prioritise their workload - this can mean knowing when to multitask, or equally as important understanding when you have to focus on one job at a time.
Excellent communication is crucial, both written and verbal, as you will be liaising with suppliers, customers, freight agents and regulatory bodies.
For this role you will be doing, amongst other things:
- Arranging cartage
- Account management
- Coordinate container movements
- Processing import documentation
- Monitoring orders
- Customer Service
Ideally you will have Cargowise experience.
This is very much a customer service focused role, so your communication skills and belief in the customer needing the best service possible are important.
