This company is seeking an experience Distribution Team Leader, with proven staff management and logistics experience to join their busy, diverse & hard working team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensuring customer receive their deliveries
- Monitor Customer service and deliveries carried out by staff
- Act as first point of contact for escalated issues
- Maintain stock levels
- Ensure all documentation is completed and in order
- Prioritize work flow of staff
- Possibility of completing deliveries when required

What you need:
- 2+ years in a Team Leader role within the Transport / Distribution industry
- Managed 5+ staff members
- FULL clean Class 1 Drivers license
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to take responsibility
- Be reliable
