We are currently looking for experienced Packing Operators for our night shift, 11.30pm - 7.30 am.
The role
Our Packing Operators pack prescription medicines that are exported around the world. Working to GMP standards and following relevant Standard Operating Procedures this is a specialised role which includes: -
- Setting up tooling, operating, cleaning and monitoring automated production machinery to ensure production meets world class standards.
- Adjusting machine settings to required packaging specifications.
- Conducting in-process checks (IPCs) on the production line to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conducting routine checks of equipment to ensure fit for use operation.
- Completing records and system entries.
What you'll bring
Your strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly -
- Prior experience in a GMP production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and process engineering skills and proven experience in running and maintaining technical production lines.
- At least 3 years' experience in machine setting and troubleshooting.
- You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and a quality mind-set.
- A good level of physical fitness as some heavy manual work may be required.
