Branch Manager - Bay of Plenty

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing direct reports remotely across multiple sites
- Taking ownership of recruitment, training and performance of your team members
- Exploring business development opportunities
- Fostering a culture of high performance through consistent superior customer service and technical excellence
