We are looking for professional Class 2 Drivers to operate our state of the art trucks and join our team.
Who are you? You are a fit and active professional driver with an interest in a driving position. You enjoy early morning starts, physically demanding work, hold a current Class 2 License and have experience driving inner Auckland and surrounding areas. You are honest, trustworthy, willing to learn, and able to work individually as well as part of a team.
A driving role with Rubbish Direct means:
- Starting times 3.30 at our Glendene depot
- Approx. 10- 11 hours per day, 5 days per week (average 50-60 hours per week) early start, early finish with still lots of day left
- Must be physically fit as there is a lot of walking involved
- Some Heavy Lifting
- Experience driving late model manual trucks an advantage
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer service to our customers – We never forget who pays our wages!
- Initially there would be some weekend work with days off during the week
