About the business
Our clients tend to be small to medium in size, who need a Professional Logistics operation to be "part of their business". Our team have been together for a long time, sets very high standards, and is looking for a young person who is willing to commit to becoming an integral part of the family, someone prepared to learn, earn respect, then contribute.
About the role
The role is hands on - you will need to start at the bottom, to learn how every facet of our operation works from picking and packing, unloading containers, but also customer service and software based operations.. You'll then be able to contribute to change, to help improve our offering and to make us better. You'll have a strong desire to learn, and one day, to lead. This is not a 8.30 am-5.00 pm role, but you'll be paid accordingly, and, once proven, be on the fast track to a Management position.

Skills and experience
Whilst you may not have hands on experience within a Logistics environment, you will know and appreciate what hard work is. You'll be practical, but will have the desire to apply what you learn, using technology, software and equipment to make improvements. You may have a tertiary qualification, failing that you will be able to show that you have the aptitude, intelligence and desire to succeed. It is likely that you will have a keen interest in technology.
