ABOUT THE COMPANY
Capital and Coast DHB (CCDHB) is located centrally in Wellington and has the equivalent of around 4,300 full time staff, making us a major employer in the Wellington region. We are also the leading provider of a number of specialist services, including neurosurgery, oncology, neonatal intensive care, and specialised mental health services, for the upper South and lower North Islands, a population of about 900,000 people. Our DHB has an annual budget of more than $1 billion, which we use to deliver health services directly and contract external providers to provide care, such as general practices, rest homes and pharmacists.
CCDHB operates – Wellington Regional Hospital in Newtown and Kenepuru Hospital in Porirua – as well as the Kapiti Health Centre in Paraparaumu.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Opportunity exists within CCDHB Purchasing Team for Senior Buyer / Cataloguer, based in in the Wellington. Working within the Procurement & Supply Chain are looking for candidate who has experience across a number of different areas from transactional purchasing, cataloguing, master data management. Transactional Purchasing
- Placing purchase orders and RFQs expediting purchase orders
- Catalog / Pricefile Management:
- Min/max reviews and adding and removing from sub inventories
- Supplier/Catalog/Pricefile /Item Master maintenance in Oracle 11i
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Data loading tools and/or Oracle Functions beneficial
