Fabrication Team Leader
Aluminium Window and Door Fabrication
We are a rapidly growing aluminium window and door business in Wiri, Auckland seeking an experienced fabrication Team Leader to motivate and manage our great diverse team on the floor.
The role will be factory based, with an expectation that the incumbent will demonstrate the highest levels of on-time delivery compliance, quality and productivity in their own fabrication work and supporting their team to meet similarly high standards every day. Within our diversified business there will also be many opportunities to be involved in other aspects of the business.
Critical to success in this role will be;
