This senior sales role will enable you to make a personal statement on Working Capital structures, leveraging the current assets of our customer's balance sheets to maximise the value of the working capital assets and mitigate the risks inherent in domestic and International trading. This position will suit someone who is self-motivated, innovative and likes to work in a high energy, focused sales environment. A background knowledge of International trade would be a distinct advantage, as would previous experience in corporate or commercial relationship banking.

As we are looking to grow our existing business and develop a new customer base this role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced banker to join BNZ and take your career to the next level. You will be based at the Cashel Street, CBD Partners Centre in Christchurch, and travel around the Canterbury and West Coast regions when required.

Key accountabilities include the following:

• Maintain and grow our existing customer base and acquire new business
• Maximise return to the Bank through strategic marketing and sales
• Delivering working capital solutions to the banks major clients

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong professional relationships will compliment your strong sales ability and understanding of business financial services. You will ideally have commercial banking/ lending experience with a tertiary qualification and enthusiasm to further develop your career. This, coupled with your innovative thinking, proactive approach and drive to seal the deal will ensure your success.
