Our client focus is on innovation, safety and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a self-motivated Supervisor based in Tauranga who will assist the Branch Manager to l help lead there team of waste vehicle operators and assist with daily operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day running of the team.
Establish and manage relations with customers, team members as required.
Not afraid to get there hands dirty.
Work with the Branch Manager to improve productivity.
The Candidate:
Have a minimum of Class 2 licence.
Forklift licence would be an advantage.
Have excellent people and time management skills.
Good communications skills both verbal and written.
Had had some experience in supervising a team.
Be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
