Purpose of Role:
To work under the Production Manager to execute the Production Plan in a safe and timely manner with a focus on quality.
Structure & Key Relationships
This Exciting role reports into the Production Manager and is based at Tuatara HQ - Paraparaumu Brewery
The Production Assistant works collaboratively with:
- Production Manager
- Export Planning
- Maintenance & Engineering staff
- Keg team
Requirements for Success
- Passionate about craft beer and Tuatara.
- Experience working within health and safety guidelines.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking and committed to doing a great job.
- Superb focus and attention to detail.
- Forklift experience and licence preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Continuous improvement focus.
- Highly adaptable and team focussed.
- Enthusiastic with a can-do, go get’em attitude.
