We are seeking applicants for a number of chicken processing vacancies, from Egg Collection on Farms, Catching live birds for delivery to the factory, to Chicken Processing and Nightly Cleaning of the factory.
Candidates must be available for an IMMEDIATE START and be prepared to work shifts, 40 hours plus a week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work available.
Applicants must be able to:
• Produce valid forms of ID - Drivers License, Birth Cert or Passport
• Complete a basic numeracy and literacy assessment
• Provide two contactable referees
• Be punctual and achieve a high attendance level
$16.75 per hour for the first 40 hours worked Monday to Friday,
Overtime applies to all hours worked above 40 hours, plus weekends.
These roles will involve a pre-employment health assessment
that includes a drug test.
For the right persons these roles could turn into full time permanent positions.
