ABOUT THE ROLE

Well established, NZ owned financial services organisation based in Newmarket, seek bright and driven Support Paraplanner to join their small, busy and successful team! The primary focus of the role is to support the Adviser team in delivering services to clients by creating and maintaining reports and documentation that comply with AMP and the FMA standards.

This role is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

DUTIES

• Provide support for the new business processing of mortgage and insurance applications
• Prepare timely and accurate statements of advice
• Support Advisers in 6-monthly review of investment services
• Manage communication with clients
• Provide admin support for the insurance and mortgage functions of business

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Ideally have 1-2 years experience as Support Paraplanner
• Financial services experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Articulate with high level of communication skills
• Report writing skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and able to pick systems up quickly
