We are a boutique Third Party Logistics company (3PL), Warehousing and Trucking company
with custom built warehouse distribution centres across Auckland.

We are looking for a driven and reliable Warehouse Manager to join our high performing management team.

Reporting to the Director / Operations Manager, this role will be
responsible for managing the storage and distribution operations of two Ministry for Primary
Industries (MPI) accredited sites.

This role functions as the primary liaison with MPI.

Key tasks include:
• Staff Management
• Managing efficient operation of the site’s mechanical and IT systems using the Cargowise EDI Enterprise system.
• Stock and order management.
• Delivery management.
• Coordinating the provision of warehousing and third party logistics services - inventory
management, order processing and fulfillment, e-commerce fulfillment services, returns
and reporting.
• Coordinating the operating procedures of the warehouse for receiving, handling, storing
and despatching of goods.
• Managing warehouse statistical and financial records – incoming goods, reconciliations against outgoing goods, inventory and stock location registers.
• Coordinating the unloading of containers and stocking of goods into warehouse.
• Requisition supplies from stock for order fulfilment.
• Organising outwards order processing, pick, package and dispatch.
• Preparing delivery schedules for outgoing products and organising transport.
• Managing reverse logistics.
• Arranging assembly, rework, labeling, repacking as per requirements
• Managing OSH standards.

We are looking for an experienced individual who is a clear communicator and will ensure delivery of set targets and other key deliverables for the company.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic and very capable of building rapport and strong working relationships.

Qualified in business and/or management.

MPI Facility operator certification and biosecurity training.

Two years work experience and a
sound understanding of MPI accredited site regulations and requirements. You will have a
full NZ drivers license and preferably a forklift F endorsement.
