This position is responsible for checking the transactions over the counter including account opening, remittance and foreign exchange etc. This position aims to provide high quality solutions and services through monitor the daily transaction over the counter to assure all legislative and internal policy and procedure requirements are being met.

This is a busy, complex environment where deadlines, risk and compliance are part of everyday business.

As an Assistant Customer Service Manager you are required:

  • Check the transactions over the counter including account opening, deposit and withdrawal, remittance and foreign exchange to assure all legislative and internal policy and procedure requirements are being met.
  • Be responsible for checking reports before submitting to the management to ensure the reports to be on time, accurate and completed.
  • Assist team leader in developing products, systems, processes, and practices while taking into account client needs and market developments.
  • Utilise best practice training tools and technique to train new staff effectively, ensuring that staff follow agreed procedures and training documentation.
  • Responsible for the daily AML work over the counter to ensure all the transactions compliance.
  • Continuously reviewing and updating operational procedures and workflow.
  • Assist Team Leader to liaise with internal staff and external associations to improve team efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

At least 2 – 3 years system operation experience in a banking environment. Degree with Commerce in Information Management or related field. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; Mandarin speaking will be an advantage. Computer literacy – ability to use systems for input, storage and retrieval of information and MS tools for email and communication High level of attention to detail and solution Orientated
