About the role
To lead our best in class Auckland production team of 17+ people and to innovate and initiate systems and operating processes to support 100% plus growth. No two days are the same in this role. You will be busy, challenged and need to operate under pressure to coordinate our production team and resources in short time frames. You will work with Data Services, Laser Operations, Account Services and management to create a seamless production environment for our clients.
You will be rewarded by working in a creative, diverse and interesting environment, being part of a well-known New Zealand company and contributing to the production of our great client projects and customer communications.

Skills and experience
A proven record in production management – ideally from a mail production or offset print environment.
You'll be useful in spread sheeting and be computer savvy.
A knowledge of production best-practice and the willingness to tackle the challenges of growth.
The ability to lead effectively through a hands-on, practical knowledge and solutions focused approach.
The ability to manage multiple production activities and prioritise in an efficient manner.
