Our new warehouse in Ngauranga Gorge plays an essential function in supporting our commercial advantage in the supply of our products to our customers and as such we have an enviable opportunity for an individual that has Operational Team Leader or Supervisory experience to step up into a Branch Operations Manager role and showcase their leadership skills.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role will focus on implementing and driving efficiencies to ensure we fulfil our DIFOT KPI’s and that our inventory accuracy is maintained so we can deliver a superior service to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for inventory integrity, reviewing stock and storage management, managing warehouse costs and building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll be leading a small but loyal and enthusiastic team to achieve key performance objectives, and analysing DIFOTIS standards to achieve desired customer outcomes.
