About our business
Cloud Ocean Water Ltd is a bottled water manufacturer located in Belfast and our business is undergoing a new development and period of rapid growth. An opportunity has arisen for an excellent transportation manager to join this biggest bottled water team in New Zealand.
About the role
Reporting directly to the logistic manager. If you: used to operate a transport service; or are the driver of class 5 used in a transport service. Then you are the person we are looking for. This person should possess a variety of skills, including leadership, organization, attention to detail, customer service, and good verbal and written communication. This person must also hold a class 5 driver license and had lots of experience in driving trucks. The person we are seeking should be passionate, reliable and have ambitions object in the career.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Assist with the overall running and management of a rapid growth factory environment.
. Managing and making a good plan for the transportation department.
· Ensure shipping compliance with state, federal, and international regulations.
· Investigate and recommend optimal shipping options and coordinate with other department.
· Develop positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Extensive demonstrated experience in transportation infrastructure
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Natural leadership with experience in managing teams and growing client relationships
- Brilliant communication and the capability to lead commercial delivery within a consultancy environment
- BE or equivalent/planning related qualification, preferably chartered.
